TVHR support businesses that require the skills of senior human resources managers but who do not want the cost, our clients still want the support however only when they need it. Our goal is to be an extension of our clients businesses and provide the same personal touch as if we were simply your "in house" department.

Our services cover everything from implementation of new new policies and procedures, recruitment programs, redundancy, reward management, discipline and contracts of employment. This can be made available just when you need it on a project by project or on a retained basis. We can also provide interim placements to cover specific requirements, such periods of employee absence.
